Bug Description

Distribution: Ubuntu studio 9.04 x64

Fatal crash/freeze-problem during the first boot up after nstallation
I dont even come to the log-in screen, it freezes to a halt before that, lots of symbols on the screen

Motherboard: Gigabyte MA78GM-S2H (with latest bios)

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 x2 6000+ (125 Watt)
