Bug Description

Binary package hint: awesome

Hello,

Is it possible to have an up-to-date version for awesome ? as 2.3 is... well... it's unusable, and deprecated.
Now they have 3.2, and this one is really stable...
As source-compilation isn't really how ubuntu intends to install package, I think it can be a good idea to put awesome-3.2 in APT...

Regards,

C.

I will try. Meanwhile would it be possible to backport the existing Karmic package ?

It is not very secure to use Personal Package Archive, isn't it ?

As per the previous comment this seems to work.
It looks like Karmic has awesome 3.3.4 as the time of this comment.
