Can you please test print something from another application so that we
can determine if this is a Firefox problem or a problem with another
application?
Thanks.

Assigning to openprinting-ppds to see if there is a problem with the driver.

1) Please run the following command in a terminal to gather useful debugging information:
apport-collect 373317

2) Your printer seems to print the raw PostScript source, please look in the menu/display of the printer.
My HP LaserJet 4000N has an menu entry called "Personality", which can be set to "PCL", "PS", and "AUTO".
If it is set to the "PCL" setting it won't print PostScript, please set it to "AUTO" (or "PS") then. Does it work now?

The result looks like that it is tried to print with a PostScript printer PPD on a non-PostScript (PCL) printer. The HP LaserJet 4200 is for sure a PostScript printer. So it should work with the recommended PostScript driver. Probably the printer is misconfigured. The printer's front panel menus have a "Personality" option with the three choices "Auto", "PostScript", and "PCL". This option must be set to "Auto" or "PostScript" for the printer to understand PostScript.

Please try. If this still does not work, reopen the bug and assign it to HPLIP (supplier of the HP PPD files for PostScript printers).
