Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to a PPA, I went to mine: https:/
2) Leave the Displayname field empty
3) Click save
4) Boom! OOPS-1223D3401
NoneError: None isn't acceptable as a value for Archive.displayname
Happens on edge and lpnet.
