Bug Description
In TopiEngine we have dedicated database tables for keeping the type-instance and supertype-subtype associations.
For type-instance the table is type_instance. For supertype-subtype the table is super_sub.
However, both associations are created currently also as usual associations, but in different way - which is confusing.
It should be checked if we should have this redundancy.
It should be checked also if we should return type-instance associations when calling methods like getAssociations.
