irc window does not close

I am using the protolocos MSN and IRC.
I click and click the button to close the window to the irc refente in Pidgin and nothing close to IRC

and to close the window of the IRC, I'll monitor the system and closing process of Pidgin and thus reopen the Pidgin, but after a while, I know there not marked, the time or anything, but he returns after a while to submit the same bug.

I noticed that this bug report has been running for a long time already without any final status.
Are there any steps possibly to recreate the bug?

I'm using the latest version of Pidgin and haven't encountered this bug.
