Bug Description

In gnome-network-properties, when one tries to change from proxy settings to direct internet connection, it requires Ubuntu to restart (not just reset the X's), the button to reset (the connection settings) doesn't work. It should, as in other versions of Ubuntu, apply the changes inmediately as to start a working connection with a proxy or viceversa, without the need for restart.

Description: Ubuntu 9.04
Release: 9.04

I find this to be a minor bug, considered for a functionality improvement.
