Bug Description
Since updating from Ubuntu 8.10 to 9.04 via network update my GrIP joypad (gravis xterminator) connected to a soundblaster live gameport isn't detected.
"modprobe grip" loads the module but doesn't detect anything. In 8.10 it was correctly detected as shown in the output of 'dmesg'.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
Is this bug reproducible with the latest Lucid packages ?
Thanks in advance.
