Inkscape 0.47 translated to Basque lang

Hi all,

Attached to this bug, I send translated Basque (eu) file for Inkscape 0.47 release. This filename has 2009050 which means YYYY MM DD, so next updated file (maybe for 0.47 too) could have another date on it , and this way developers should always use the last one :)

Thanks for this huge update! I'll probably commit it later today.
Don't care about filenames. Other translators will download it from SVN and thus have the latest commited file.

I keep this report open so that you can use it for further translations.
