Bug Description
When tagging ehci_hcd to the /etc/hotplug/
Currently, this prevents a usb built in cardreader from recognizing.
Killing ehci_hcd via rmmod remedies this situation.
5.10 amd64 running smp kernel on x2 processor.

hotplug is not shipped in dapper therefore this bug is not fixable (and indeed, should not be present).
