Bug Description
Using Inkscape 0.46+devel r21262, built Apr 30 2009 on Mac OS X 10.5.6. Stroke on text in inkscape SVG is not correct, lines do not connect.
When saving as PDF choosing Text to path, the stroke is korrekt, but the fill color is the same as the background rectangle.
Using stable 0.46 the stroke was correct in Inkscape SVG, but wrong in the PDF output. The stoke lines were incorrect.

Confirmed on Windows XP, Inkscape build 21236.
1. Connecting stroke. Ok with 0.46, incorrect with 21236. PDF output works well for both.
2. Exported fill. Ok with 0.46. Incorrect with 21236.
