inkscape crashes during svg -> eps conversion

I'm using Fedora 11 build of inkscape (based on svn snapshot from 20090410).

How to reproduce:
$ inkscape -z -f fedorabg.svg -D --export-area-snap -E fedorabg.eps

ERROR:extension/internal/cairo-render-context.cpp:873:void Inkscape::Extension::Internal::CairoRenderContext::setTransform(const Geom::Matrix*): assertion failed: (_is_valid)

Emergency save activated!

Confirmed on Fedora 10, using revision 21284. However most of the times it just works fine, without crashing. I haven't succeeded in crashing it while running in a debugger, so I couldn't get a backtrace.

Reproduced with Inkscape 0.47 on OS X 10.7.5:
ERROR:extension/internal/cairo-render-context.cpp:898:void Inkscape::Extension::Internal::CairoRenderContext::setTransform(const Geom::Matrix*): assertion failed: (_is_valid)

Not reproduced with Inkscape 0.48.0, 0.48.2, 0.48.4 and 0.48+devel r12975.
