Bug Description

First reported here:
http://www.turnkeylinux.org/forum/support/20090505/network-settings-lost-reboot

It turns out Webmin's network configuration module does not correctly configure DNS via /etc/network/interfaces and instead edits /etc/resolv.conf directly. These settings are then lost on the next reboot.

I have seen Webmin also not Modify MySQL settings other than on a temporary basis. I don't know if this is by design or not.
