Two-way synchronisation of the DDTP with upstream

We've started talking with Debian:

We need technical help to make this happen (ie write a script to interface with their system).

The technical side doesn't seem to be much of an issue, but for the specific case of the French translations, the fact that we're using help from Google Translate needs to be legally cleared.

I have posted a patch with a script for sharing back missing translations to Debian to Michael since it build upon the missing-in-debian functionality already there. Best would be if this patch or idea was accepted into apt-ddtp-tools.
