Bug Description
After creating a community with the title below, attempting to add members fails with the exception shown below.
Title: & > > ‘ ' “ " ® ù ǎ
Exception: UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\u2018' in position 184: ordinal not in range(128)
