Bug Description

Ubuntu 9.04
apache2 installed from official repository ubuntu (installed as service)
when I press in menu "restart" or "stop" rapache is not responsing (status of apache not changing too)

The same bug on my 9.04 - on 2 computers.
Tried to add new site - rapache is not responsing too ((((((((
