Rate should control time speed independent of pitch (as an option)

Bug Description
At the moment, the Rate fader controls the speed of the song. When it is moved, the pitch changes. There should be an option to speed up the song without raising the pitch.

Hi thedjatclubrock,
We already have this feature. It's called 'pitch-independent time stretch'. You can turn it on from the preferences menu. It makes the rate knob only affect the tempo instead of the pitch.
