network manager is not reloading has flaws and it's not connecting ggod with my browser

well im in jaunty i use a dell inspiron laptop 14 inches and i have problem with my network manager it has flaws, it's in some way reloading and it's not connecting good with my browser!

Hey,
  Network Manager keeps logs in /var/log/daemon.log. Could you attach this file to this bug report?
Also Please execute the following command, as it will automatically gather debugging information, in a terminal:

apport-collect -p network-manager 371285

This will gather more informations that may be useful to debug this issue.
