Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

Nautilus crashes with segment fault when trying to open a terminal using open-terminal-extension on a ssh mounted folder.

GDB debug output is very poor about this:

(gdb) run
Starting program: /usr/bin/nautilus
[Thread debugging using libthread_db enabled]
[New Thread 0xb702d750 (LWP 9865)]
[New Thread 0xb6d8bb90 (LWP 9868)]
[New Thread 0xb658ab90 (LWP 9869)]

Program exited normally.
(gdb) bt full
No stack.

j~$ uname -r
2.6.28-11-generic
~$ nautilus --version
GNOME nautilus 2.26.2

affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) → nautilus-open-terminal (Ubuntu)

This is fixed in the Debian version control system for nautilus-open-terminal found here https://svn.kirya.net/listing.php?repname=nautilus-open-terminal . So I guess we are waiting for Debian to update their repositories so Ubuntu can sync the fix.

Changed in nautilus-open-terminal (Ubuntu):
