Windows do not snap to Docky edge

Bug Description

When windows are maximized, their bottom edge (in the case of Docky being at the bottom of the screen) snaps to the edge of the Docky bar when autohide and window overlap are disabled. However, when moving unmaximized windows around the screen, they do not snap to Docky in the same way, allowing parts of windows to go behind Docky, obscuring potentially important information.

Do: 0.8.1.3
Ubuntu: 9.04

This is a problem with the window manager, not docky.

I've since been doing some playing around, and it seems that windows *do* in fact snap to the edge of Docky.. it's just that the edge of Docky seems to be about a third of the height of the screen. This appears to be tied into bug 318471. Is the fix that you mention in that bug in the Ubuntu repositories?
