Archive.syncSource with binaries OOPSes

Copying a package through the API with binaries seems to always OOPS now. It used to work.

See OOPS-1218S14 for an example. OOPS-1218EC8 is probably also this bug.

Can you give me the details of what you were copying please? Have you copied this particular package before?

Actually I see the problem, I can't see how it ever worked in fact, I suspect you asked it to copy binaries but there weren't any.

There were binaries published on all archs. Do those OOPSes not show the
arguments?

I don't recall the staging one, but the edge OOPS is from a request to
copy mercurial 1.2.1+hg20090430-7889-ea82a23cf887-0ppa1 from
~mercurial-stable-snapshots/+archive/ppa to
~mercurial-stable-snapshots/+archive/staging, with binaries.
