Bug Description
In KARL2, the Feature Image and links were edited through the Plone UI. For OSI, this was changed about every week or two by one of the Communications department staff members.
In KARL3, the Feature section in the middle column of an office is standard HTML with no editor other than a textarea box (without WYSIWYG) and the img tag links to an image in the static folder. There should be a process to upload an image through the UI for use in the Feature section like there was in KARL2.

Right, when Jonathan and I chatted last month about how this should be in KARL3, we agreed on the "pile of HTML", with the image being managed in /offices/files. Thus, we've got the necessary ingredients to match his conclusions.
