Bug Description

The following command doesn't work:
xchm /home/michal/Dokumenty/Java/O\'Reilly\ -\ Java\ 1.5\ Tiger\ A\ Developer\'s\ Notebook.chm
(neither via "Open file" dialog) - doesn't display file.
I've found something suspicious in strace (just a fragment):

open("/home/michal/Dokumenty/Java/O\'Reilly - Java 1.5 Tiger A Developer\'s Notebook.chm", O_RDONLY) = 6
pread64(6, "", 96, 0) = 0
close(6) = 0
getcwd("/home/michal", 1024) = 13
stat64("/home/michal/file:/home/michal/Dokumenty/Java/
                     ^^^^^
O\'Reilly - Java 1.5 Tiger A Developer\'s Notebook.chm", 0xbfa9c894) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)

but I don't know what to do with it.
