Unable to handle reasonably sized development6 branches

Launchpad seems unable to mirror one of my bzr-svn imports: lp:~jelmer/openoffice/trunk
The branch is pretty big (10k revisions atm, 315Mb). The launchpad homepage reports a KeyboardInterrupt error. From what I understand this is caused by lack of output from the bzr process that is cloning the branch somewhere inside of launchpad?

A similar problem is occurring with a Samba branch, lp:~jelmer/samba/trunk

Is there a matching bzr bug for the lack of progress reporting?

It turns out that the puller didn't consider reported network activity as activity that should keep the worker alive. Easy to change, let's land this change and try these branches on staging.

So the fix has landed on staging but as the OOo branch is now 250k revs ish, we still can't really cope. I think it it was 10k we'd probably be ok now...

r8341 included the fix I was talking about -- I'm not sure it counts as a full fix for this bug, but i'm not going to do anything else for this cycle.

We still need to schedule the puller as we do code imports, but there's another bug for that.
