Bug Description
Multi Word Tags Not Allowed for New Tag, but Allowed in Manage Tags. When adding a new tag, I can not enter text separated by a space (i.e System Administrator). However, I am able to go to Manage Tags and change an existing single word tag to a multi word tag with a space in between. This needs to be consistent throughout.
