Bug Description

I've created a VPN connection in the KDE network manager plasmoid that uses "Connection Type" set to "X.509 With password". When it tries to connect, it fails with "VPN connection 'Maxwell' (IP Config Get) timeout exceeded." and "ERROR: could not read Private Key username/password/ok/string from management interface" logged in daemon.log.

I'm fairly sure that this is because the wrong command line parameter is passed to OpenVPN. Using ps, I can see the parameters include "--management 127.0.0.1 1194". Now 1194 is the port to connect to the OpenVPN server on - I doubt that it's also used for the password connection to the management interface.
