Enhancement: Autostart file

Following the spec on http://standards.freedesktop.org/autostart-spec/autostart-spec-latest.html (linked to http://standards.freedesktop.org/desktop-entry-spec/desktop-entry-spec-latest.html), gDesklets can provide an autostart file for convenience. This can be installed into '/etc/xdg/autostart' by `make install`. It can also be translated into multiple languages (in the attachment, I'm not sure the Spanish is correct). See the autostart spec for information about locale codes.
I'm not sure the "Icon" attribute follows http://standards.freedesktop.org/icon-theme-spec/icon-theme-spec-latest.html.
Perhaps the "Categories" attribute could have secondary (see http://standards.freedesktop.org/menu-spec/menu-spec-latest.html for more categories).

Added the Comment attribute to make it appear nicer in GNOME's Sessions window (note this can also be translated). Some other .desktop files seem to use the Comment attribute where they should be using GenericName, but I think this better follows the examples given in the spec.

Committed this on 2009-05-31 (rev 121) into the contrib/ directory. I think the next step is to get some translations in here and maybe implement installing on `make install`.
