Bug Description
I don't know whether it's fault of nm-applet or notify-osd, but everytime I'm connecting, it shows notification without icon. Every time I disconnects, there is notification with icon. I don't understand why is this. Shouldn't there also be icon while connecting?

This is because you are not using the Human icon theme, and the icon theme you are using doesn't supply any notification icons. I'm marking this as a duplicate of #344385. The title doesn't really match but the discussion has moved on to this issue.
