conkyforecast fails on Jaunty x64

Upon running the terminal spits out:

ERROR: Server connection error: <urlopen error timed out>
ERROR: Location USOH0110 is not in cache.
ERROR: Failed to load the location cache
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/share/conkyforecast/conkyForecast.py", line 1501, in <module>
    main()
  File "/usr/share/conkyforecast/conkyForecast.py", line 1497, in main
    forecastinfo = ForecastInfo(options)
TypeError: __init__() should return None

I am also getting:

/var/lib/python-support/python2.6/gdata/tlslite/utils/cryptomath.py:9: DeprecationWarning: the sha module is deprecated; use the hashlib module instead
  import sha

This second error has been around for a while, sp im not too worried about it. I had upgraded to jaunty from intrepid and this worked fine. Upon a fresh install, however, I cant get my weather to show. I've replaced the one from the PPA with the dev build through bzr, still a no-go.

No idea what you are talking about. This script is not part of any package from an ubuntu repo, and certainly not from the conky one.
I can only suggest you seek help from the author (possibly here: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=869328).
