can't install python2.6-minimal on dist-upgrade

Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

As the Summary says, python2.6-minimal will not be updating during my dist-upgrade from Kubuntu 8.10 to Kubuntu 9.04.

I've found why I did work. It was due to the installation of py2deb which is not a real ubuntu package. That's why python2.6-minimal can't setup. It was to prevent an eventual destruction of personnal files, I presume.
