The right menu-bar doesn't exists.
it's just not there..

This bug pertains to a modified version of the theme. We don't support support custom modifications.

If you do create your own copy of the branch and create a useful modification, we can merge the modifications into the main branch after testing them, but that's about as much as we can support custom modifications.

huh? I've installed the new theme without changing anything in it, and i was surprised to find out there's no right menu-bar.
i'm not sure it's because something I did, but i will check that out.

I verified this exists in the current as well as the latest stable. If you're looking at /admin/build/block and curious why it's not displayed, that's because of the way we build multiple columns. However, these sections still exist and any block placed in them will show up.

If you want to test, you need to start with the latest source only and nothing else but the unmodified theme.

i have used a fresh version of the theme without any special module on.
when i use a side bar (doesn't matter right or left) the other one become white. the items are still there but can't be seen.

I can clearly confirm this bug.

Looking in the generated html, the blocks are there, in div#col3 ,
just invisible.

There's a problem with layout of #container2, w/ overflow=hidden.
Blocks layout properties are all wrong.

As a quick fix, You can disable this line 1186 of style.css
I enclose the corresponding patch.

I think a serious rethink of lines 1167-1212 will be necessary.
