Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdeutils

The printer-applet should autostart in phase 2 (i.e. after session restoring) since it doesn't have much use unless I print something. In order to start a print job before phase 2 is finished I would have to be rather quick, so printer-applet should be moved to phase 2 (currently it uses the default, phase 1, which is before session restoration is happening).
