Firefox freezes when loading webbank with java

My webbank is at http://www.faelleskassen.dk at it always used to work. Yesterday there was a FireFox upgrade which I performed and after that I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to Jaunty. Perhaps I was a bit too fast since I upgraded from 8.04 but I said yes. Now the webbank totally freezes when I try to access it. I have tried java 6 from the repository, java 5 also from the repository and now I tried to download it from Sun but to no avail. I guess I'll have to do a complete reinstall but if you have any ideas please let me know.

Please remove the existing java package and then install the newest version from the repository. Please let me know if this works.

Nope. It just keeps on sucking 80-90% CPU without doing anything. Sorry.

Nope. It's working now for a long time. Cannot remember what I did to get it to work.
