I cannot reproduce this. Can you provide some simple steps to reproduce it? Preferably with a podcast subscription with which you're noticing this bug. Thanks in advance!

Both of these podcasts produce duplicate entries for me. This bug appears with all podcasts however not just these two.

http://feeds2.feedburner.com/TheLinuxActionShow

The steps to reproduce for me at least appears to be simply adding the podcast. I have purged and reinstalled with no change in behavior.

It looks like my problem came out of doing an upgrade from 8.10 to 9.04.
A fresh install of Jaunty seems to have cleared it up.

I finally put my podcasts back in, about 25...OK that not all of them, but most of them and no duplicates.
Several of my podcasts are from feedburner and I use TWIT TV's feed for Leo and neither is a problem. Everything seems to download & play just fine.

reporter indicates the the only way to reproduce this bug is upgrading from 8.10 to 9.04...

I've just experienced this bug after reinstalling Jaunty while keeping the same /home partition. Not sure what else to say, apart from to state that it's quite frustrating!

I have this same bug in Banshee 1.6.1 running on Ubuntu 10.04 with http://feeds.feedburner.com/JustVocabulary podcast.

All episodes are duplicated. When downloading or playing an episode, both are displayed with downloading or playing indicator in the list. If one is deleted, both are removed.

Everything is working and there are no crashes, but it is very annoying.

I am seeing the same problem with Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. Doubles for all podcast episodes. When I delete one, both disappear. When I add a new feed, two copies of each episode appear. It was a fresh Ubuntu Install on a drive previously occupied by Windows 7.
