[Ubuntu 9.04] Cannot open assembly

when try to run Debian Package Maker from Applications menu it's not working .. but when try to open it from terminal it gives this message:
ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ debianpackagemaker
Cannot open assembly '/tmp/DebianPackageMaker/usr/lib/debianpackagemaker/DebianPackageMaker.exe': No such file or directory.

file to edit is:
sudo gedit /usr/bin/debianpackagemaker
