Bug Description
I'm not sure if it's really related to hotkey-setup package, but when I press the Web Browser shortcut of my Asus V6 laptop, it makes power-manager tooltip to appear, and doesn't make anything to launch, no web browser.
I'm running Ubuntu Dapper, and my shortcuts are well configured in Gnome control center. It worked under Breezy, but not anymore in Dapper.
