--doc_directory command-line argument is ignored

Bug Description

If you supply the --doc_directory command-line argument, FreeGuide should look for its documentation in this directory, instead of extracting the docs into a temporary directory on demand.

This argument is currently ignored.

In DisplayDocs.displayDocs(), we should check whether application.docDirectory is set, and if so, display the docs in there instead of extracting a new set.

Additionally, the bug reporter found that the extracted files were not being correctly opened in the browser. Quote:
