Bug Description
After upgrading from Intrepid to Jaunty tilda kept seg faulting when attempting to start it.
After investigation I found the config_0 file has zero file size. Once I removed the file and started tilda it started up and created a new config_0 file with contents.

I am unable to reproduce this bug, I assume its fixed in tilda 1.0 and later.
