[dapper] Disabled icon selection on launchers

Bug Description

Browsing for new png icons to launchers in panel (GNOME Panel 2.14.0) in some home subdirectory, is not showing the png files as enabled to select (into png file selection).

Typing png path goes right. I think may be the file selection list has disabled each item...

Thanks for your bug. The description is not clear. Could you make a screenshot of the issue?

Thank you for the screenshot. That's a duplicate of #19454. The selector is to pick a directory but that doesn't seem to be clear for users, probably something to be worker as described on the other page and upstream
