Hi manu... to provide detailed information about your hardware / software config please run this command:
apport-collect 368621
Also, does it hang on suspend or when you resume? What do you see when it doesn't work? Is the screen garbled or sorrupted or just black etc?
Can you connect to the machine using ssh after trying to suspend/resume on it? If you can, please run "dmesg" from the ssh prompt and attach that to the bug report.
