Please sync bio2jack 0.9-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubuntu change was a rebuild, but to do that I had to fix up the
autotools usage. This change has been incorporated in to Debian.

Changelog since current karmic version 0.9-1ubuntu1:

bio2jack (0.9-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Applied the Ubuntu patch added to use autoreconf instead of calling auto*
    individually to avoid libtool skew (Closes: #511685). Thanks James Westby
  * Updated with Standards-Version 3.8.1
  * Added a debian/watch file
  * Updated the compat version from 4 to 5
  * Changed the mantainer name with a more short format
