Ubufox stops icons from being customizable

Binary package hint: ubufox

When ubufox is enabled, it blocks toolbar icons from appearing. When one right-clicks on a toolbar (NOT the Bookmarks bar) and clicks "Customize", none of the icons from other addons appear. I disabled ubufox, customized my icons, then reenabled ubufox. My icons went straight to /dev/null. :)

I like every other aspect of ubufox, though. I don't know whether it's just me or many others too.

I am using Jaunty, but this problem mainly happened in Intrepid. I have not tested this in Jaunty.

please check whether bug 281348 is your bug. i have fixed that in jaunty - so worth a try. If its really the fix, we should look into doing a SRU for intrepid.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner.
There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test the current Ubuntu development version (10.10). If you can test it, and it is still an issue, we would appreciate if you could upload updated logs by running apport-collect <bug #>, and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
