Update Copyright Year on Page Footer

Change the Copyright info on the footer of each page to 2008 - 2009. Is this standard procedure for updating copyright year?

I have no idea. :^)

I don't know if the copyright updates without legal intervention or
not. It didn't in KARL2.

Can I assign it to you, and you find out from the legal eagles if it
should be dynamic?

Assigning back to Anthony to find out if the legal team will allow us to automatically rev the copyright each year. KARL2 just had a static listing, I believe.
