Windows appear on two taskbars while displayed on one monitor

Bug Description
On a dual monitor setup the tasklist plasmoid does not behave as it should.
I have one panel on each screen with a tasklist plasmoid on each of them.
Beside the fact I selected "only display windows from current screen" and "display only windows from current desktop" some windows appears randomly on the two tasklists. The only way to make disappear the wrong representation is to reduce or move the faulty window. I am sure the window is not overlapping on the two screens because it is maximized. I also checked the dual monitor setup (tried to change the absolute position of one screen to be sure they are not overlapping)
I am not able to find the right way to produce it each time but it happens during regular use. I do not have this type of behaviour on Gnome with the same hardware.
