Bug Description
Lazy initialization should be employed, using threads:
create the element, and fire a QTimer singleshot on the initialization functions, so the element appears (and doesn't appear blocked) even though everything isn't initialized yet.
This firstly applies to Blackboxes and the Visual Query Builder Settings GUI.
