linux-image-686 should Provide: and Replace: linux-image-686-smp

Bug Description

For Dapper, 'linux-image-686' images are SMP anyway so 'linux-image-686-smp' is not used.

To allow smooth upgrades, 'linux-image-686' should replace this if installed on an upgrade.

More accurately, linux-meta should provide transitional -smp packages

It's fixed. There is no more linux-image-686-smp packages in dapper.
