wubi rev129 fails to detect local ubuntu-9.04-desktop-i386.iso

Even though I have a local copy of the ubuntu-9.04-desktop-i386.iso wubi still goes on downloading the same file.

OS : Windows XP Professional SP2

The installation went through and I think this is the right file size it downloaded?

The local ISO at 566,709,910 is an incomplete download, so Wubi tried to download a new one. This behavior is expected.
