Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdebase-plasma

The start / stop buttons of copy / move dialogs are inoperative when the panel is locked. I originally reported this upstream at KDE, however, it appears that this is a Kubuntu-specific bug. Here is the original KDE bug:

Note that that bug is _not_ an upstream for this bug! This is a Kubuntu-specific bug, and KDE is taking no responsibility for it.

In another related apparent Kubuntu-specific bug, the copy / move dialogues cannot be dragged away from the panel in Kubuntu. However, this _is_ enabled in KDE. See here:

Again, this is not an upstream bug, as these seem to be Kubuntu-specific bugs and KDE is taking no responsibility for them.

This is an upstream bug. We aren't patching anything like that. Just because something doesn't work in trunk doesn't mean its our issue.

Works fine for me with KDE 4.3 beta1.
