Bug Description

I was looking through the LP page for this project [https://launchpad.net/netrek-server] and saw:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 Purchasing a subscription is required
    The licensing of your project does not qualify for free hosting. You have two options to continue using Launchpad for this project.
    * Purchase a subscription.
    * Contact us about changing your license.
To qualify for free hosting, the project's licensing must meet the following requirements:
    * Must make the source code freely available.
    * Must allow modification and distribution of modified copies under the same license.
    * Must allow redistribution.
    * Must not require royalty payments or any other fee for redistribution or modification.
    * Must allow these rights to be passed on along with the software.
    * Must not discriminate against persons, groups or against fields of endeavour.
    * Must not be distributed under a license specific to Ubuntu.
    * Must not contaminate other software licenses.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Can someone please look into this? We use BSD style license so not sure why they are saying it conflicts. I checked the cow and pygame projects (which use similar licenses) and they don't have any conflict message being reported.

Here are the licensing policies:
https://help.launchpad.net/Legal/ProjectLicensing

And if we need to change the license so it is in compliance with LP please contact this address:

My guess is the res-rsa stuff.

Ok since RSA is now deprecated on netrek active servers perhaps we can just pull it out of Vanilla? Only other option would be to find a different place to host netrek-server I guess. Maybe on Google Code?

This is not a bug on the code. It should be closed. For difficulties
using Launchpad, please contact Launchpad support.

As state by upstream, this isn't a bug in the code, it's a problem with launchpad and some, yet unidentified license issue.
