failed upgrade to jaunty due to 404 on mjpegtools

My upgrade from ibex to jaunty on amd64 failed with this dialog:

"Could not download the upgrades

The upgrade is now aborted. Please check your internet connection or installation media and try again.

Failed to fetch http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/multiverse/m/mjpegtools/mjpegtools_1.9.0-0.0ubuntu2_amd64.deb 404 Not Found [IP: 91.189.88.40 80]"

It may be that this mirror is under load and is returning 404s to lower it. When I've tried to download this file it worked 8 times of 10 but I got 404 twice.

Could you change your mirror by using System->Administration->Software Sources and try upgrading again?
